Co- Curricular Activities
PHYSICAL EDUCATION
The department of Physical Education started functioning in 1981 along
with the inception of the college. The department aims at the physical,
mental, social and cultural development of students. The college has
teams in football, cricket, athletics, cross country, softball and
chess. Many outstanding players and athletes have represented Calicut
University and Kearala in Inter University and National Championships
during the last 10 years. Manoj, Mohammedkutty.K , Binoy P.C, F.B Sunny
Varghese, Sheji M George, Munner P.K and Maxwell Lopez are some of the
sportsmen of the college. Suma. K of II BA Mass Communication has
participated at national and state level competition in Archery.
2009-10: Foot ball, Cricket, Chess, Best Physique and Athletics teams participated in the Calicut university A Zone competition. College sports day was held on 20-01-2010. Interclass football competitions were held from 05-01-2010 to 18-01-2010.

The democratically elected college union plays an important role in the college by organising student activities .
